Hey,
So, summer is coming! In my business, that’s the slow season. It happens every year.
People are off, on the internet less, enjoying the warm summer months and things dwindle down.
So, here’s what I’m doing to cope with that so my business doesn’t take a big hit. I
t’s about organizing my time, my business and my life.

I discovered Makko App and I’m using it while I’m on my weight loss journey. This is combination with my nutrition and fitness regimen is going to help me continue getting my health in check.
I’ve lost about 25lbs so far, very slowly.
I’m grateful for the progress but, that’s without much effort on nutrition or macro counting.
So Makko will help me track calories and log my meals easily right from my phone.
I look how sleek and modern it is. It feels minimalist and just my vibe.

Step 1: Health
Makko + Mochi Health. That’s my secret weapon. Mochi offers GLP-1 meds to help with weight loss.

Makko App
I’ve been using it off and on for the past few months now.
It’s very hard for me to lose weight. I have a thyroid illness which makes it so so hard to shed weight, even with good nutrition and fitness.
Mochi really helps me move the needle (go to the site or app and use code 15MFU6 for a discount)
Putting myself on a health regimen will keep my body and mind in tip top shape so I can easily adapt to these changes I’ll be making, starting now.
Track calories and meal with Makko
GLP-1 meds with Mochi Health
Establish a concrete fitness plan
Establish a nutrition routine with high protein and high fiber (I just started dense bean salads and they are addictively good and keep me so full)
Step 2: Business
ChatGPT recommended low-effort lazy offers. I’m not mad at it!

I’m thinking of offering an AI-centered website flipping mini course for people who want to get right into site flipping, a lazy side hustle with an AI focus.
The second thing I want to do is give more value.
I want to shift away from selling as hard and get more into giving away all my gems and information for free.
I’d rather have the platforms pay me, like TikTok and YouTube than try selling to consumers.
This is a strategy I’ve wanted to try for a while so, excited to get into it.
Step 3: Automation
It is summer, after all.
So everyone who’s on vacation, that will include me, too, haha.
Automating means turning on systems and using more tools that allow me to work smarter.
Claude systems (I keep hearing amazing things with this)
Email marketing automations
Manychat DM automations
Batching my content to make better use of my time
That’s the plan!
What do you think?
Best,
Jenn
